FESTA2H was born in July 2006 the will of the association Africulturban. Since its first edition\, the festival became the largest of its kind in Africa\, and specifically in Senegal\, through the participation of over 150 arts groups (rappers\, DJs\, dancers\, graffiti artists and urban poets) on different stages and over 20\,000 spectators divided between the cities of Pikine\, Dakar\, and Rufisque Ouakam and around 200 people during the workshops Dj Slam and writing\, the cultural complex of Leopold Sedar Senghor Pikine.
